The Reverend Dr. Tom Collins began his work as our minister in mid-January, 2012.  A native of New Jersey, he was educated at Rutgers College, Princeton Seminary, and Drew University.

    Tom served churches in Oxford, NJ from 1976 to 1979 when he moved to Scranton, PA to serve for 32 years as Pastor of Hickory Street Presbyterian Church. He was honorably retired on December 31, 2011 at the age of 68.

    Married on June 1, 1973, Tom and Leslie have sons Eli and Levi.  Eli is an executive chef in Philadelphia and, since 2009, has been married to Libby. Their sons are Colman and Noah.  Levi is a banker in Seattle and is married to Emily Palm, who is employed at the University of Washington, from which she was awarded her a doctorate in botany.

    The Collins live at Bradford Village where the Santee congregation met before our church building was constructed in 1990.
